Southern Georgian Bay builds a bit of everything: commercial and institutional work in Collingwood, Midland and Penetanguishene, multi-residential buildings in Wasaga Beach, and custom homes and chalets in The Blue Mountains, Thornbury and Meaford with tall glass and big open rooms. Wahlz brings steel framing, insulation, drywall, taping and finishing including Level 5, ACT ceilings, fireproofing, paint and microcement to these projects under one contract.

To be straightforward: we have not published a Georgian Bay project yet. Collingwood, Wasaga Beach, Midland and Penetanguishene sit in Simcoe County, the same county as our base in Barrie, and our nearest published work is here too: Vetta Spa in Horseshoe Valley and a full church interior build-out in Barrie. Both show the kind of work we would bring to the bay: specialty interiors with wood and timber, and commercial interiors carried from framing to finished ceilings.

Our nearest work to Georgian Bay

At Vetta Spa in Horseshoe Valley, we installed batt, Roxul and spray foam insulation, steel framing, drywall and finishing in a building defined by wood ceilings and timber structure, a close cousin of the resort and chalet interiors around Blue Mountain. In Barrie, we carried a church interior from steel framing through fireproofing and ACT ceilings. For custom homes with tall glass and wood ceilings, our Baysville project in Muskoka shows the same kind of finish work.
