Why framing belongs in the same contract
On most jobs, framing is bid by one company and board by another, and the gaps between them land on the site super. When the same team frames, insulates, boards and finishes, layout questions are answered once, the next trade is already scheduled, and there is one name accountable for the wall from track to final coat.

We review drawings and walk the space before material goes up, so conflicts are raised while they are still cheap to fix.

Steel framing was part of our scope on all four recent projects: eight luxury townhomes on Donaldson Drive in Port Carling with Mazenga, a full church interior in Barrie, Vetta Spa in Horseshoe Valley and about 30 units at Treetops Condominiums in Huntsville with Best Life Group.

Architectural drawings, wall types and your target schedule. If insulation, board, finishing or ceilings are in the package, send those too, and we will price the interior as one scope.
